The Lie, Resistance Is Futile 

This, oh Lord my God I pray, grant me Your grace to
resist the lures of the prince of darkness.

Hold me close Lord, for without Thee, my resistance to
evil is weak and futile.

Each day Lord is beset with challenges which seem
insurmountable except when You take charge. 

 

Life is filled with obstacles, it is hard to remember
that they are but fleeting things.

In spite of the severity of the travail that I am
undergoing, You are in control Lord.

Elohim, when I allow You to do what only You can do, the
end result is always to my benefit.

 

Remember me Lord and fill me with Your grace,  for I am in sore need of Your attention.

Elohim, my Creator, I can not overcome the challenges
that occur in my life without You.

Sustain me Oh God, for my trials appear insurmountable
and without You my resistance to evil is futile.

In fellowship with the brethren, I turn to You Lord with
the knowledge in faith that You will sustain me, S atan’s minions may entice
me, they may work to oppress me, but if You are with me they can’t enslave me.

Thou art the architect of all things existent, nothing
can prevail against Thee, protect me Lord Jesus I pray.

Almighty God, I am beset on all sides by the evil ones
and can not prevail against them without You.

Nurture that part of me that seeks to be forever in Your
grace Lord, that I may be blest and redeemed.

Create in me the power to resist all things that are in
defiance of Your loving omnipotent will.

Evil seeks to insnare me in its web of deceit, Lord
grant me the power to break it free from my life.

 

In defiance of Thy omnipotent will, evil continues to
assault me with its grasping sadistic desire.

Satan is the father of lies and deceit, do not let me
fall into his web oh Lord God of hosts and creation.

 

Futile all resistance may be if I stand on my own power,
but I surrender all to Thee heavenly Father and thus resist all evil.

Unable to resist the enticements of this earth on my
own, I turn to You for protection, Lord Jesus.

Take me Lord into Thy grace, for Thou art all powerful,
no evil can stand against Thee.

I acknowledge the
fact that without Your intervention all my resistance to evil is futile.

Let Your light shine upon me, so the darkness of evil
will flee from me in Thy presence.

Elohim, I pray that my life will glorify Thee in all
that I do, for without You resistance to evil is futile.
