THE CHRISTMAS OFFERING

There
is no greater love, than this, that Christ lay down
His Life for those he would offer to be His friends.

He
befriended man long before man would accept His
divinity and the enormity of what he did resounds
forever.

Emmanuel
was born of a mortal woman, thus He gave up His divine
immortality to reclaim the race of man.



Came
Love Made Man that the lost might find their way back
home, my Jesus You came for me, that I could live in
Thee.

Having
become man, Jesus, You became the ultimate offering to
reclaim the lost and one of them was me.

Redeemed
by a love Divine I now have a true ever lasting
future, for I am Thine.

In
all the world’s recorded history, no greater love
exists then that which was given me by Thee, oh Son of
God.

Saved
by the One who was tortured, mocked and executed for
my crimes, I stand witness to Your Glory.

Thou
art the Son of God, born of a virgin, You became the
Sacrificial Lamb that claimed for me the gift of
redemption.

Mary
did bow before the Lord and according to God’s Will  gave
birth to Thee, the One destined to redeem mankind.

Almighty
God’s Son Jesus, You are the One, the Word made man
that mankind individually be redeemed.

Saved
by the Ultimate Love Offering, the One True King, I
can sing of Your glory, and the salvation for me You
did bring.

Oh
Emmanuel, Your birth was the Father’s offering to
redeem man, the greatest love gift given by His hand.

Forever,
in power, forever in truth, Lord Jesus, Your sacrifice
gathered me in under  Thy
heavenly roof.

Font
of grace, Thou art my Immortal Lord, Your sacrifice
saved me from Satan’s horde.

Eternal
salvation, is mine to lay claim, Jesus, Your offering
of eternal life will see me through again.

Redeemed
by the Savior, I can rejoice in Him, for He is the
ultimate offering.

Injustice
abounds now, it seems to hold sway, but in Christ
Jesus I’ll get home some day.

Now
in the birth of Jesus,  salvation’s
offering did lay, that with God’s blessing I’ll have
eternal life some day.

Given
salvation,Lord this I pray, that my life be filled
with Your loving grace every day.
