SUCCOR

Such an odd sounding word Lord that comes to mind, but
it means to encourage, it’s a gift from Thee, oh God Divine.

Unless we have the grace to succor all our deeds, we’ll
never have the power to successfully encourage all our spiritual needs.

Come Thou Holy Spirit succor all our deeds, so that the
grace of Jesus will bless and save our stumbling lives from sin’s choking
weeds.

Come, I pray each and every day, please provide the
guidance that protects me as I endeavor to travel along Thy holy way.

Oh God of all creation succor me today, that in my
travels to Thee I’ll not lose my way.

Redeemer Thou Son of God, humbly I call
to Thee, succor me today, for with Thy grace filled encouragement, I’ll never
lose my way.
