DISCERNMENT 

Deny me not the sight I need to see mine own
indiscretions, deny my tendency to point out the flaws in others, I ask Thee oh
Lord Adonai.

Invest in me Thy perfect grace that I may see and
correct that which Thou abhors  in me,
grant me the gift of true discernment and Thy salvation.

Secure in me the gift of eternal life and the grace that
nurtures Thy gift of discernment in me and make my deeds always pleasing to
Thee.

Comfort me, oh Holy Spirit, that my grief does nothing
to interfere with my personal relationship with Thee.

Enter into my heart oh Lord Adonai, cleanse my heart and
soul of all things that would offend Thee.

Restore me with Thy all important grace of discernment
that I may continue to serve Thee in accordance with Thy Omnipotent Wiłl.

Nurture me and my soul, oh Heavenly Father, that in my
spiritual growth I may grow pleasing to Thee in all my deeds and desires.

Make of me as Thou hast designed in accordance with Thy
Will so that in all things I am in keeping with Thy Will.

Take  me Lord
Adonai and nurture the grace of true discernment in me that I am always aware
of  my own shortcomings and correct them
instead of accusing others.
